What Yaeris Directory is

Yaeris Directory is a business directory for marketing agencies and B2B software companies. It exists to solve a specific problem: most directories accept any submission and publish it instantly, which means a listing next to yours could be fabricated, abandoned, or simply never reviewed by a person. Every listing here goes through a real approval step before it's public, and every listing carries structured data (schema markup and a machine-readable llms.txt summary) so both search engines and AI assistants can read it accurately rather than guess.

How a listing gets approved

When a business submits a listing, it's created with a pending status and is not visible anywhere on the public site - not in Browse, not in category pages, not in the sitemap. An admin reviews the submission and either approves or rejects it, with a reason sent back to the vendor either way.

This isn't a one-time check. If an approved vendor later edits their core listing details, that edit is held as a proposed change and reviewed again before it replaces what's publicly visible - the live listing stays exactly as it was already approved until the new version is reviewed, so an approved business can't quietly swap in different claims after the fact.

Badge verification and the "Visit site" link

Approved vendors can add a small verification badge to their own website. When a vendor confirms it's live, we fetch their site directly and check for it - this isn't self-reported, it's a live check against the vendor's actual page. Every verified badge is re-checked automatically on a recurring schedule, so a vendor who removes the badge later loses the verified status that came with it rather than keeping it indefinitely on the strength of a one-time check.

Reviews

Reviews are submitted directly by a business's own customers and are moderated by that business, not by Yaeris Digital Services - we're transparent about this rather than implying a third-party audits every review, since that isn't what happens. What we do control is listing approval itself, which is reviewed by us as described above.

If you find a listing that looks fake, outdated, or misleading, tell us - see Contact. A business can also be deactivated by an admin without deleting its record entirely, which keeps its page live with a clear notice rather than silently disappearing.
